Nutrition Clubs
A private nutrition club in your office is a great way to promote healthy living without making your employees feel uncomfortable. We come in once or twice per week during the lunch hour, and set up a club in a conference room or break room. We socialize, answer questions, serve nutritious shakes and smoothies, and generally just celebrate health. Consistency is the key! We hold both private and public events. We have an ongoing Seminar that is designed for business owners or human resource executives that explains the cost of poor health to both the company and employee, and what you can do about it. Weight Loss Challenges
What better way to get healthy then to get a little competition in the office. The great thing about challenges is that we follow a 13-week program, with private weigh-ins and weekly 30-minute meetings, but also include a short health education segment each week.
Alkaline Water
Our newest and most exciting health initiative is the launch of our healthy alkaline water distributorship. Every office should have an alkaline water unit in their office. The impact of alkaline water is amazing! While many of your employees may not be able or willing to purchase one these units, a company can get one for just pennies per day per employee.
